The Matthews Group started using the Temptags in their Hotels and Cafe several months ago to assist staff in consistently providing good quality espresso coffee.
The bulk of our staff provide a number of services and may only be required to make the occasional espresso coffee.
It is important to our business that staff can make consistent quality espresso coffee when necessary, no matter how often they do it. Introducing the Temptag has eliminated the need to use fiddly thermometers and removed the guesswork during milk preparation.
They are convenient, economical and durable. We will continue to use this product due to the success we have had with it.

Everybody loved the temptags, they made it a lot easier for a couple of people who weren't overly confident with their hand on the jug temp.
We seem to lose our jug thermometers or they go walkabout. This will be a lot easier.
